周文棠（别名公刘子）老师：公刘子茶道苑常务顾问、授课老师；中国茶叶博物馆研究员；中国著名的茶道专家、研究员。1992年周文棠老师开创“公刘子朱权茶道表演”，它开创了中国仿古茶艺表演的先河，进一步推动了中国茶道文化的发展。
1999年周文棠老师在杭州首创茶艺员培训、茶艺师培训，直接参与中国茶艺师职业工种申报工作，茶艺师职业工种被列入《中华人民共和国职业分类大典》；2001年元月周文棠老师代表浙江省参加中华人民共和国茶艺师职业标准审定会，现任浙江省职业技能鉴定茶艺师专家委员会委员。由于在中国首创茶艺师培训班，并进行系列的申报推广工作，周文棠老师被各地茶艺师学员誉为“中国茶艺师之父”。

周文棠，别名公刘子。北宋道学鼻祖周敦颐的后裔，著名茶道专家、博士生导师、研究员、教授。著有《茶道》、《茶馆》、《特色茶楼装饰》等书，国内外茶界发表学术论文几十篇，享有极高的声誉。他1992年开创“公刘子茶道”，成为国内最早的茶道流派，1999年开创国家茶艺师培训，培养国内外茶艺师数千名，推动了中国茶道文化的发展。

Zhou Wentang (alias Gong Liuzi) teacher: executive consultant, teaching teachers,of the Gong Liuzi tea ceremony Court; Chinese famous tea ceremony expert,  the researcher at the Chinese Tea Museum. In 1992 teacher Zhou Wentang  create the " Gong Liuzi Zhu performance of the tea ceremony," it opened up the Chinese antique tea ceremony performances precedely, and further promote the Chinese tea ceremony and cultural development.

In 1999, Mr. Zhou first developed the tea teacher training, Chayi Shi training in HangZhou, directly participating in the Cha Yishi vocation’s declaration ,thus since then the Cha Yishi vocation has been listed in the  "the People's Republic of China’s job classification ceremony";In January 2001,Mr. Zhou participated in the audit of People's Republic of Cha Yishi professional standards on behalf of Zhejiang Province. Now Mr. Zhou is the committeeman of the Zhejiang vocational skills identification Cha Yishi  Committee of Experts. As the first one who creats Cha Yishi training courses, and the declaration of the promotion campaign, Mr. Zhou is honoured as"the father of China's Cha Yishi" by the Cha Yishi participants all around the country .
